Classes & Upcoming Events

In teaching about the Cycle of Seasons, one thing that I can't help noticing is that I get lots of chances to "practice what I preach"! As the New Year approaches, my husband, Ross and I are poised for a new adventure in Albuquerque, New Mexico where I have accepted the position as Senior Minister for the Albuquerque Center for Spiritual Living.

It has been an amazing process from the first moment of "They want me to candidate!" through, "Oh God, what am I doing? to "Oh, wow! We're moving to Albuquerque!" and back again to "Oh, dear God, what are you asking me to do?"

I've walked it all during the last few months - fear, excitement, trepidation, joy, confusion, elation and grief to name a few. All the while, life has been doing what it does best, changing - changing me - changing the appearance of my environment, and changing those around me.

The seeds that I planted a few years ago with the thought of, "I'd really like to live in New Mexico some day," have blossomed into being part of a wonderfully vibrant spiritual community - and just in time for the New Year.

What does that mean for the Compassionate Arts Project? I am as committed as ever to continuing the classes, workshops, retreats and training sessions only now you get to come to the Land of Enchantment and breathe the clean air of New Mexico. I will keep you up to date on our offerings. Change and growth are certain!

In the meantime, I wish you all the joy, happiness, prosperity, growth and change of the New Year. Every trip around the Rotation of the Cycle of Seasons is filled with surprises and is so worth the trip!

Love and Blessings to you -

Rev. Julie Interrante, MA
