Julie has a Master of Arts in Consciousness Studies from the Holmes Institute in Los Angeles, California. She is the Program Director and lead facilitator for After The Diagnosis, a retreat for women with breast cancer, presented by the Lifestyle Education Institute, through a grant from the Komen Foundation. Julie is a co-author of Caregiver Therapy, and a contributor to What Helps Most When You Lose Someone You Love, both available through Abbey Press. She is a contributor to Wake Up And Live The Life You Love In Spirit, along with Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer. As an ordained minister and hospice chaplain, Julie has worked in end-of-life care for over fifteen years. She has conducted classes and seminars for hospitals, churches and colleges. She is a sought-after speaker and teacher who brings humor, compassion, and a deep respect for life to all that she does. |
